Data we collect

We collect only what is needed to handle a quote request and to measure how well our ads perform.

  • Data you enter in the form: name, phone/WhatsApp, email (optional) and the room you are interested in.
  • Data collected automatically by your browser: IP address, device type, pages visited, traffic source and cookie identifiers.
  • We do not collect sensitive data or data about children.

How we use the data

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote — legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
  • To measure and optimise ad campaigns and understand site usage — legal basis: consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Form and WhatsApp

This site's form does not store data on our own server: when you submit it, the fields are assembled into a message and opened in WhatsApp, so you decide whether to send it to our team. From that point the conversation is also handled by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), under that service's privacy policy.

Cookies and third-party services

We use third-party cookies and similar technologies to measure audience and ad performance:

  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) — measures visits, WhatsApp clicks and form submissions to attribute results from Facebook and Instagram ads.
  • Google Ads / gtag.js (Google) — measures visits and conversions and enables remarketing.
  • Google Analytics 4 (Google) — measures pages visited, traffic source and interactions such as WhatsApp clicks and form submissions, in aggregate form.
  • Google Tag Manager (Google) — manages the loading of the measurement tags listed above.
  • Google Maps — the map in the location section is loaded by Google, which may log the access.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them does not prevent you from using the site.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the providers needed to run the site and the campaigns (hosting, WhatsApp, Meta and Google), always limited to the purpose described in this policy, and with authorities when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep contact data for as long as we are assisting you and for the period needed to meet legal obligations. After that it is deleted or anonymised. Cookie data follows each service's own retention period.

Your rights

The LGPD gives you the right to:

  • confirm that processing exists and access your data;
  • correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or non-compliant data;
  • request data portability;
  • withdraw consent and object to processing based on it;
  • be told who we share your data with.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the channels shown above. We reply within 15 days.

Security

We apply technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction. No system is completely immune, but we handle any incident with the transparency the LGPD requires.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy at any time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
